Hello readers, I AM BACK! This is a long overdue post of last year! Pretty intimidated by the unstoppable rapid flow of time, while memories are still fresh on the events during New Year's Countdown, at a blink of an eye, it is already cornering the end of January! "Time really waits for no man!"
Back then, I remembered the month of December bears the perfect cuddling weather and especially gathering with friends to have steamboat meal made it even wonderful! Christmas celebration with JJCMBz.
These four men played a substantial role in Jovin's and my life. Being the two female in the clique, we are ridiculously pampered or even spoilt by their acts of a gentleman. These men were all out busy battling in the kitchen, frying the oily nuggets, preparing all the food , and lastly not forgetting serving ice waters to us while Jovin and I made ourselves comfortable lying on the couch. Resembling much of the life of a Princess! Hahaha! Indeed, they deserve gratitude for all their selfless acts of service for us! Love you guys!
The company of JJCMBz showered me a glow of homely warmth and no matter how many times I have repeated this, I will never be sick of trumpeting my gratefulness and love for you guys. "Friends are family you choose" this quote is just an apt description of my friends in my life.
We played monopoly, in an attempt to relive our undying childhood experiences, that span for 4 long hours before we come to our last man standing, Chun Kiat! Compared to Texas Hold'em, Monopoly was short of a mind stimulating component and that serves to explain our change into zombie mood just a few hours into the game. But, nonetheless, it was a laughter-filled game that keeps us going towards the end.
2014 marks a whole new chapter in my life, as I promised myself to keep the old pages as a permanent history, and move on to turn those unwritten pages to a remarkably beautiful pages! Just do it, Berlin Ng!
